Since unpacking, I have been unable to connect to the internet, either by wifi or ethernet, while other computers were connected at the same time. I ran all the diagnostics on the HP machine and it suggested deleting the 3 network drivers and restarting the machine.
Jun 18, 2020 · Sometimes a loose cable is all it takes to lose internet access. Ensure the cable for your modem or router is connected securely to the port on your wall. If you’re using a wireless access point, powerline adapter, or other networking equipment, ensure the connections are working and correct. If You Are Using a Wireless Connection: Obviously it's connected to the internet, because I'm remotely connected to it via Team Viewer. The Windows Task Bar icon says "No Internet Access." This too is incorrect because I can browse the network with no problem. (See below). Network is fine, obviously. I'm remoted in to the machine AND can load a browser fine, so it's not the internet. Re: Connected to Extender, but no Internet I had the same problem with a N300 Wifi Range Extender but was able to finally solve it. Initially, although I can connect the extender to the router, the devices that are connected to the extender did not have internet.

As with any networking issues, there are 2 places to look at first: the networking equipment (router) and the device having the issue (computer, smartphone, tablet etc.).
