Ipconfig does not work

Dec 29, 2005 · IPConfig not showing IP address - posted in Networking: Well, I set up a loopback adapter for a game of mine. When I was done, I disabled it. When I type, "ipconfig /all", it doesnt show my original IP address. It instead shows the Subnet mask, Local IP, and the Router's IP, which in this case is 192.168.0.101 My Ventrilo server worked well until this morning, now I can't connect to it

I made that mistake here and could not reset the modem! But get the ip address on the desktop first if you have one. Should show like 192.168.1.1 and should show your ISP also. Once you get it there you should be able to see it on the laptop wireless and if not at first release and renew it on the laptop also. Hope that helps.
