That video will start playing, irrespective of country restrictions. This method needs to followed manually to watch blocked YouTube videos. ProxTube to Unblock YouTube Videos The problem is explained on the official Video not available in my country YouTube Help page, however YouTube offers no solution to those affected by this restriction. Apparently, either YouTube or the poster of the video had a problem with your country and has decided to block it or only allow a few select countries to view that video.
